Discover the Magic of Annie

at our Professional Theatre Workshop

About the Show

Set in 1930s New York City during the Great Depression, Annie tells the heartwarming story of a brave and optimistic young orphan who dreams of finding her parents. Life at the orphanage isn’t easy under the watch of the comically mean Miss Hannigan, but Annie’s world changes when she’s invited to spend the holidays with billionaire Oliver Warbucks and his kind assistant, Grace Farrell. Along the way, she’s joined by her loyal dog Sandy and meets a cast of colorful characters—from the spirited orphans who share her struggles to the sneaky Rooster and Lily, who have a scheme of their own. With unforgettable songs like “Tomorrow” and “It’s the Hard Knock Life,” Annie is a timeless musical full of hope, humor, and heart—perfect for young performers to explore singing, acting, and dancing in a fun and supportive setting.

Through planned activity, the aim of the workshop is to help young people know themselves and others. It is designed for those who want to participate and whose parents/guardians want them to have the experience of a cooperative undertaking, thinking creatively and independently through initiative, resourcefulness, and practice in motivated social cooperation.
